Son of Alexander and Sandra R. Barclay. Never married. Vincent died at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso after a parachuting accident at the Oro Grande Rand in New Mexico. He had been stationed at Hunter Army Air Field in Chatham Co., Georgia, at the time of his death.
