Mr. Donnalley was born Nov. 2, 1934 in Lisbon, a son of the late Elmer and Hazel P. (Lightner) Donnalley and had lived his entire life in the Lisbon area.
He worked as a highlift operator for 38 years at the former Kaiser Refractories and then National Refractories, until his retirement in 2000.
He served in the U.S. Army during peacetime.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn (Reynolds) Donnalley, whom he married, May 25, 1963; daughters, Tammy Donnalley of Lisbon, Tracy (Sam) Adams of Salem and Lori Donnalley of Lisbon; sisters, Janice (Gene) Exline of Lisbon and Linda Holland of Salem; three granddaughters and two great granddaughters.
Burial with full military honors will follow in the Lisbon Cemetery.
