On October 30, 1907 she was married to Albert Kapke at Manchester. They were the parents of six children, two of whom, Albert Jr and Florence, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Richard (Julia)Schoenbeck; Mrs. Claude (Ruby) McFarlane; and Mrs. Jacqueline Uhlenhake. A son Karl, and a brother Roy Trumblee all are of Lamont.
Eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren also service her and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were Sunday at 1:00pm at the Kreussel-Fawcett funeral home with Rev. Howard Wolfgram officiating.
Burial was in Campton cemetery.
Those from out of town that attended the funeral services of Mrs. Kapke were from Rockford, Ill.; LaGrange, MO.;Minneapolis, Minn.; Dubuque, Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Grinnell, Independence, Cedar Rapids, Strawberry Point and Arlington.
