Tina Marie Shelton Cooper, age 47, of 314 Church Street, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Thursday, October 27, 2011 at LewisGale Hospital - Alleghany, Low Moor. She was born March 9, 1964 in Clifton Forge, Virginia to Lillian Shelton. She was a personal Care Aide at Covington Manor in Covington and a member of Main Street Baptist Church. She was a great fan of the New York Giants football team and loved bears. She also loved her family. She was preceded in death by a brother, George Shelton. She is survived by her husband, Vincent Purcell Cooper of Clifton Forge; her mother, Lillian Shelton of Clifton Forge; three daughters, Ashley Shelton of Clifton Forge, Camesha Shelton of Raleigh, NC, and Danielle Shelton of Roanoke; a sister and brother-in-law, Denise and Mark Leisure of Richmond; an aunt, Mary Hinter of Huntington, WV; one grandchild, Zyveir Shelton; a number of nieces and nephews; and a friend, Garnett Nicely.A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 PM in Main Street Baptist Church with Reverend Preston Tyler officiating and giving eulogy. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Clifton Forge. Pallbearers will be Eugene Carter, Rashad Worth, Anthony Ray, Romel Calloway, Pran Thornton, and Garnett Nicely. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge.
