GLOUSTER--Noble Earl Townley, 86, of Glouster Route 2, a retired painter, died at 8:30 a.m. Sunday at his home. He was born in Delaware County a son of the late Thomas Clinton and Della Louise Park Townley.
Surviving are his wife, Rosetta J. Secoy Townley; three sons, Edwin of Seattle, WA, Thomas of Ft. Knox, KY; and Jack of the home; six daughters, Mrs. Katherine Van Blaricum of Santa Anna, CA, Mrs. Betty Reeves of North Miami Beach, FL, Mrs. Evelyn Belmont, Mrs. Irene Carson of Nelsonville, Mrs. Darlene Walters of Houston, TX, and Miss Lora Townley of the home; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
His first wife, the former Maude Parks is deceased.
Services will be conducted Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Van Fossen Funeral Home with the Rev. Wendell Vermillion officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesay from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

Earl, the son of Thomas Clinton and Della Parks Townley, married Maude Myrtle Parks on 12 Nov 1910 in Clark Co, Ohio. Following her death in 1940, he married Rosetta Jane Secoy.
