The family will receive friends today, Feb. 14, 2013, from 6 until 9 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, at 2 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Wells Cemetery.
Handley was preceded in death by his infant sister; sister, Karen Kay Handley; father, Tommy Handley; and mother, Emily Handley.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Handley; daughter, Amanda Hart (Patrick) and Susan Uptain (Chris); son, Randal Handley Jr. (Rachel); sister, Tommie Smith (Joseph); grandchildren, Melanie Horton, Ashlie Horton, Christin Horton, Addison Uptain, Raeleigh Uptain, Damien Handley, Ethan Hart and Jaxson Hart; five sisters-in-law; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Randal Handley Jr, Chris Uptain, Patrick Hart, Walter Hart, Joseph Smith and Bryon Sharit Sr.
