Frederic A. Wallis was born in Beverly, Mass., Son of Jeremiah Wallis & Mary Ann (Remmonds) Wallis, both of whom were born in Beverly.
He died aged 77 Jan 17, 1917 in Beverly, at the Alms House. He was a widower at the time, residence had been 4 McKinley Ave., Beverly. Burial was in Central Cemetery.
