Dolly Rogers Harmon, 89.Dolly Rogers Harmon, 89, of 7 River View Lane, Springfield, died at 3:45 p.m., Saturday, Fe. 4, 1995 at the View Medical Center, in Lebanon.
A native of Washington County, she was born on Dec. 24, 1905 to the late Arthur Kent and Margaret Cheatham Rogers. She was a member of St. Dominic Catholic Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Harmon, on May 1, 1992; two grandchildren, Jeffrey Alan Bottom and Elizabeth Jane Bottom; and two brothers, Arthur Rogers and Donavon Rogers.
Survivors include, one daughter, Mrs. Auberry(Betty) Etherington of Springfield; two sons, Don Harmon of Lexington and Jim Kent Harmon of Perryville; ten grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, one step-granddaughter and one step-grandson.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, at St. Domi9nic Catholic Church with Rev. Leon Spalding, the church pastor, officiating. He was assisted by the Rev, Lonnie Bradley.
Burial was in the St. Rose Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were grandsons Kenny Harmon, Mike Harmon, Kelly Harmon, Troy Harmon, Todd Harmon, Trent Harmon and Jerry Bottom.
A prayer service was held at 7:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 6 at the Carey & Son Funeral Home which was in charge of arrangements.
