Lillian (Minor) Myers, 99, passed away February 8, 2013, in Millville, New Jersy, at her granddaughter's home.

She was a longtime resident of Harrisonburg, Virginia, being born in Martinsburg, W.Va., a daughter of Herbert James and Elizabeth Stepp Minor and was raised in the Comertown area of Shenandoah, page County, Va.

She was the widow of Victor Myers and together they ran Shenandoah Transportation, selling AMC, Volvos, motor homes and trailers. She was a member of Business and Professional Women for many years. She enjoyed life to the fullest, seeing every day as an opportunity to be happy.

She is survived by her three children, Barbara Jean Harris of Richmond, H. Anthony (Tony) Lam of Sebring, Fla., and Susanna Clark and husband, Dick, of Petersburg. She also had 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at the Lindsey Funeral Home in Harrisonburg on Saturday, Feb. 16, at 1 p.m.

The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. and interment will be at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Bridgewater.
