She is survived by her loving husband, Casey Carter; daughter, Emily Carter; father, Rick Weldon; four sisters, Jeanne (Kevin) Markham, Angela Weldon, Melissa Morris, and Lisa Welch; a host of other relatives and friends .Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, February 15 , 2013 with visitation from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Pine Crest Funeral Home, 1939 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile. Interment Pine Crest Cemetery.
