Lyndal Grohman, age 76, of Gainesville, passed away April 16, 2012, at Shands at the University of Florida. Lyndal was born in Mayo, FL and served in the U.S. Air Force. She later retired from the Malcolm Randall V.A. Medical Center in Food Services. She is survived by her Foster Sister Jeanette Winburn Brown of Zebulon, NC, nephews Clinton Croft (Fran) of Newberry, Leon Croft of Mayo, and Kenneth Croft of Gainesville, and great niece Cathy Lyn Lyon. Funeral Services were held on April 19, 2012, at Forest Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, Gainesville, FL. Published in Gainesville Sun from April 18 to April 19, 2012.
