Leslie W. Gosnell, 90, passed away Feb. 11, 2013, at his home south of Maxwell. He was born Nov. 19, 1922, north of North Platte, to B.C. and Beulah Reynolds Gosnell.
Leslie was united in marriage to Grace Greeley on June 2, 1941, in Boise, Idaho. Born to this union were seven children, two of which passed away at birth. He loved the Lord and shared his faith with all. He was loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, B.C. and Beulah Gosnell; his wife, Grace; two brothers, Alfred Gosnell and Bernard Gosnell; two sisters, Alice Gosnell and Mildred Sukraw; and two great-grandchildren.Survivors include his children, Lonnie (Tonda) Gosnell, of Maxwell, Connie (Ron) Bowman, of Pahrump, Nev., Ivan (Marlys) Gosnell, of Brady, Dale (Layne) Gosnell, of Weatherford, Texas, and Lyle (Jeanette) Gosnell of Maxwell; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a sister, Violet Bissell; and sister-in-law, June Gosnell. Burial will be at the Plainview Cemetery, south of Maxwell.
