Nada Irene (Carlton) Jeffries went to be with our Lord on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, after a long illness with cancer. Nada was born on Dec. 10, 1927, in Monte Vista, Colo. Nada is survived by her son, Kevin; grandsons, Myles and Lucas; brother, Thomas (Jean) Carlton; sisters, Toni Stiner and Barbara (Steve) Boots; and by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth; son, Larry; daughter, Donna Perryman; her parents and four brothers. A memorial was held on Feb. 7, 2013. The family requests no flowers, but donations be made to cancer research in her name.
