He was born November 5, 1947, in Cumberland, KY., a son of the late Bill and Malinda Mosley Brock.
Jimmy was a former coal miner.
Survivors include two daughters, Carrie Couch of Whitesburg, KY., and Christina Tackett of Isom, KY., a son, Shawn Brock of Isom, KY., brother, William Brock, and a sister, Genevia Hogg, and five grandchildren, Emily, Tyler, Jamie, Kayden, and Bricen.
Graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, February 14, 2013, at Highland Cemetery Annex, Huntington.
