Christopher Columbus Allsup, 76, died Friday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Jake (Ruth) Abernathy. He had been a native of Llano Co, Texas and was the son of Henry Pulliam Allsup and Syrilda Jane (Hines) Allsup. He is survived by four sons, Elmer Vernon Allsup of Clovis, Martin Everett Allsup of Littlefield, TX., William Ernest Allsup of Elko, NV, and Christopher C. Allsup, Jr. of the U. S. Navy; three daughters, Mrs. Ruth Abernathy and Mrs. Daisy Rasco of Clovis, and Mrs. Ollie Vanzandt of Willow, OK. He was preceded in death by his wife Alpha Ann (Rennels) Allsup and three children.
