The Indianapolis Star (IN) November 14, 2004 > Virginia Carolyn Alsup Bauer, 78, of Westfield, died Friday, November 12, 2004. She was born November 25, 1925, in Noblesville, IN. She worked in various restaurants within the city. She also worked for State Auto Statesman as a keypunch operator, retiring in 1987, from Indiana Farmers Mutual. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church; Lutheran Women's Missionary League (Marthas Circle); and was a leader in Evangelism; and was involved in the Adult Literacy Program. Services will be held at 11 a.m. November 16, at Christ Lutheran Church, with calling from 10 a.m. until service. Visitation 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, November 15 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, Noblesville. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Bauer, a son Charles Ricky Bauer, and her parents, Conrad and Ruby (Barr) Alsup. Survivors include her daughters, Amy Campbell and husband Gene Stilts of Westfield, and Claudia and Ken Moffett of Carmel; a brother, Richard Alsup, and grandchildren, Joshua Moffett, Ali Campbell and Jake Moffett.
