AGE: 86 • Hopelawn
Mary Lozeski, 86, of Hopelawn, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2012 at the Aristacare at Alameda Center in Perth Amboy. Mrs. Lozeski was born in Carteret and had lived the last sixty years in Hopelawn. She was employed with The Home News Tribune before retiring in 1996.
Previously she had worked for RCA in Avenel, Owen Illinois in Raritan Center and Gulton Graphic Instrument Division in Metuchen. She was a member of the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Church in Hopelawn and also of the Holy Rosary Seniors.
She is predeceased by her husband, Walter in 1999, and four brothers and three sisters.
Surviving are her son, Walter and his wife Margaret Lozeski of Manalapan; two daughters, Maryann and her husband Robert Mosko of Lebanon, Barbarann Kohanbani of Hopelawn; eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, 9:00 am at the Mitruska Funeral Home, 531 New Brunswick Ave., Fords, followed by a 9:30 am Mass in the Most Holy Rosary Church in Hopelawn. Interment will follow in the Alpine Cemetery in Perth Amboy. Visitation hours will be held Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
