Services for Annie Cobb Kendrick, 54, this city, will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Good Hope Baptist Church in Christian County with the Rev. A.T. Griffey officiating. Burial will be in Cave Spring Cemetery at 11 a.m. Monday.

A wake will be held at Adams and Sons Funeral Home from 8 until 9 tonight.

Mrs. Kendrick died Wednesday at Community Hospital in East St. Louis, Ill., after an illness.

A native of Oak Grove, she was born June 27, 1925, the daughter of Georgia Johnson, East St. Louis, and the late Walter Cobb Sr.

Survivors, in addition to her mother, include her husband, Thomas Lacy Kendrick; two sons, William E. McKnight Jr., Evansville, Ind., and James Lacy Kendrick, this city; a daughter, Lucille Kendrick Cornelius, this city; four brothers, Robert Lee of East St. Louis, Anderson Haywood and Roger Allen, both of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Wallace Eugene Cobb, Evansville; two sisters, Maggie Ruth Minor, Cincinnati, and Gertrude Wilson, East St. Louis; and four grandchildren.
