Theresa Calvetti, 90, of Santa Barbara, CA, died on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, after a brief illness.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10, at Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home in Nokomis. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 11, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Calvetti was born in Coalton on March 25, 1922, the only child of Anton and Margaret (Pissardo) Nicolotti, who both emigrated from Italy in the early 1900s. She married Ronald "Izzy" Calvetti on June 27, 1944, shortly before he shipped out as an army master sergeant to the European Front, and he preceded her in death on Nov. 22, 1996.
She and her husband moved to Santa Barbara in 1996.
Mrs. Calvetti is survived by a daughter, Pamela (husband Michael) Calvetti VanBlaricum; two granddaughters, Ann (husband Nicholas) Calvetti VanBlaricum Harrer and Susan Michelle VanBlaricum; and great-granddaughter, Ellen Calvetti Harrer.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the CALM Auxiliary, P.O. Box 30058, Santa Barbara, CA, 93130. Checks should be made payable to CALM Auxiliary.
