Mrs. Olive Rosengren, wife of Claus J. Rosengren, died Friday [1 June 1934] at her home, 1614 School Street, [due to] heart trouble. She was born in Sweden on April 1, 1868 and came to the United States and Rockford at the age of one year. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors. Besides the husband, she is survived by three daughters: Miss Violet Rosengren, Mrs. Ethel Graham, and Mrs. Olive Stephen, and a son, Clarence G. Rosengren, all of Rockford. She also leaves two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held at the Fred C. Olson Mortuary, the Rev. Albert Loreen, pastor of First Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.
