GLOUSTER--Services for Teddy Ray Holbomb, 29, of 44 Main Street, Trimble Village Marshal who was killed early Wednesday, will be Saturday, 1 p.m. in the Van Fossen Funeral Home. Mr. Tom Crafton will officiate and burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
Holcomb died in University Hospital, Columbus of injuries suffered when a car fleeing Glouster police struck him and his car at a roadblock on South High Street.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.
Members of the Glouster, Trimble and Jacksonville police departments will be pallbearers.

Officer Teddy Holcomb was killed after he was struck by a car that was fleeing from other officers.
Officer Holcomb had set up a roadblock to help catch a motorist fleeing from other officers. He was standing outside his car when the driver of the fleeing car struck him and then struck his car. Officer Holcomb's wife was also injured. He was using his personal vehicle at the time. He was not working at the time, but a call for assistance was given over the radio, which he had in his car. He went to assist since they were coming into the village.
Officer Holcomb was survived by his wife.
