Sharon "Mimi" Duke, age 63, of Oneonta, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Chris Crim. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Larry Duke; son, Jeremy Duke (Sharon); daughters, Beth Nicholson (Bobby) and Susan Lawson (Michael); sister, Wanda Felkins; grandchildren, Austin Crim, Chase Campbell, Mason Campbell, Anthony Duke, Brayden Duke, Josh Nicholson (Jessica) and Addie Nicholson; and great-grandchild, Jamie Crim. Sharon was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was always there for everyone in the family and tried all she could to make everyone happy. She never gave up trying to help improve everyone's life and she was full of laughter. She was deeply loved by many and will truly be missed until we see her again through God's grace in heaven. Her family will receive friends on Sunday, February 10, 2013 from 12-2 PM at Ridout's Trussville Chapel with the service beginning at 2 with Pastor Matt Cardwell officiating. Burial will follow at Sunrise Memory Gardens.
