Lisa Jayne (Cline) Schmidt, 47, of Parkersburg, passed away unexpectantly on Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at CCMC, St. Joseph's campus.

Lisa was born February 25, 1965, in Elyria OH, a daughter of the late Robert Cline and Sue Crislip and step father Charles, of Parkersburg. She was a graduate of Parkersburg South High School with the class of 1984. She was employed by the former Johns Manville plant of Vienna, the Schwebels Baking Company of Columbus, OH, and of Lowe's in Columbus, OH and Mooresville, NC. She loved animals and leaves behind her special dog, Salsa. She also greatly enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, and will always be remembered as a good hearted woman and very forgiving.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Schmidt; daughter, Lauren Schmidt; son, Cori Schmidt; grandson, Brayden Hurt; sister, Sherry DeBarr (Dennis); brother, David Cline (Donna), and step brothers and sisters, Pam Clevenger (Dan), Terry Crislip (Pam), Joe Crislip (Diane), and Luann Ayers (Mike).

Funeral services will be 2pm, Sunday, February 10, 2013, at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Reverend Dr. Thomas McDowell officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens, Parkersburg. Visitation will be from 12-2pm on Sunday at the funeral home.
