Marsha was born Aug. 28, 1948 in Morris, the daughter of Michael and Lorine Honrud Valiente. She married Clifford R. Campbell on Dec. 2,1972. He preceeded her in death on Jan. 24, 1998.
Surviving are her daughter, Serena Campbell of Wilmington and her son, Dustin Campbell of Dwight as well as her brother, Michael (Patricia) Valiente of Ottawa.
Preceeding her in death were her parents and her husband, Clifford.
Marsha was a graduate of Dwight High School and went on to become an LPN at Kankakee Community College. She then worked as a nurse for many years at Heritage Manor in Dwight. She enjoyed many crafts, sewing clothes and blankets and especially her dogs.
According to Marsha's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. A graveside service and inurnment will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012 at Oaklawn Cemetery in Dwight. All friends and family are welcome. Pastor Caleb Counterman will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated and may be forwarded to Hager Memorial Home in Dwight.
