**Note concerning the Accident that took Nick's life:
Nick died as a result of a traffic accident when the vehicle he was driving hit a pickup truck making a left turn in front of his vehicle as it was traveling down US Highway 81. Nick was on his way to pick up a friend from work.
The driver of the pickup truck had been reportedly drinking earlier. Subsequently no blood tests were ordered for this driver at the time of the accident. Blood was drawn from Nick and his passengers and no drugs or alcohol were reported. Nick had a nitrous oxide mixer in his vehicle but it was shown it was not/had not been activated at the time of the crash. Doubt was cast upon Nick's actions because of the presence of this device in his vehicle, none of which was proven. No tickets were issued to either of the drivers by the Columbus Police Department. There is more to this case than the public was made aware of. The other party was not held accountable for his actions.
