Nancy Sue Ross, age 65 of Clarksville, passed away Monday, February 4, 2013 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, February 7, 2013 at Riverview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. till 1:30 p.m. Thursday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral home. Nancy was born January 21, 1948 in Kansas City, KS, daughter of Robert and Helen Miller Ross. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and the best sister ever. Survivors include her son, Robert Ross and wife Sharley of Clarksville; granddaughter, Samantha Belle Ross; sister, Catherine Childress and husband Will of Cunningham; nieces, Etoile Harrison, Tina Drennen and Penelope Harrison; nephew, Earl Harrison; great nieces, Catherine and Rachel Teet, and Jacquelin Harrison-Stanley; and great nephew, Thomas Harrison. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers. Memorial contributions are preferred to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org or Second Chance & Happy Tails, 513 Yvonne Dr., Clarksville, TN 37042.
