ALLIE KATE COLE BAIRD, 87, of Germantown and formerly of Munford, passed away February 7, 2013 at home surrounded by her family. Her husband of 61 years, William Baird, preceded her in death. She leaves behind a daughter, Cheryl Smith and grandson, Justin Smith, both of Germantown. Kate retired from Kimberly-Clark Corporation. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 9 beginning at 12 p.m., followed by services at 2 p.m. at Munford Funeral Home, 1136 Tipton Rd., Munford, TN.
