Employment: Government Secretary, Virgin Islands, 1950-1954; Commissioner of Property and Procurement, January 1958-1959; Executive Officer Industrial Incentive Board, 1961-1963; Government Employee, Washington, DC Census; Assistant to West Virginia State Auditor, 1933-1950; Select Committee on Reorganization of the Government of the Virgin Islands; Chairman of Hearing Panel on Charges of Discrimination against Hertz Rent-a-Car.
