Christine and John had three children: two sons and one daughter.
John was a heavy smoker and died of lung cancer in 1969.
Christine than raised her children to adulthood.
In her later years, Christine worked as a teacher's aide at an Elementary School.
Christine also ended up dying of lung cancer although she never smoked.
