"DIED, at St. Clairsville, on Thursday, the 8th inst. Mrs. Tirzah Ruggles, consort of the Hon. Benjamin Ruggles. The deceased has left an affectionate husband and three small children (the youngest only four weeks old) to lament their loss. As she lived respected and beloved, so will her memory be honored and revered, by all who had the pleasure of her acquaintance."
