CARTERET — Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Babicki, fifty-six years of age, were held Monday morning. Mrs. Babicki died last Friday at her home, 63 Edwin Street.

The service took place in St. Demetrius Ukrainian Church and was conducted by the pastor, Rev. John Hundiak, followed by burial in Cloverleaf Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Alex Pavlik, Szandor Polehonky, Stephen Vargo, Joseph Bernat, Wasyl Pastar and Stanley Melick.

Mrs. Babicki is survived by her husband, John; eight children, Mrs. Thomas (Catherine) Wardlow, of Asbury Park; Mrs. Louis (Anna) Sasso, of Port Reading; Olga and Mary; Stephen, of Jersey City; Joseph and Frank, of the U. S. Navy, and Nicholas of the U. S. Army; also four grandchildren; a brother, Frank Pawluk and step-brother, Samuel Wasylyk.

She was a member of St. Demetrius Ukrainian Church and Greek Catholic Liberty Society of Port Reading.
