Barbara Arceneaux Duhé, age 75, died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2004, in Gramercy.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Duhé Sr.; and parents, Edmond and Gladys Arceneaux.

She is survived by sons, Richard Duhé Jr., John Duhé, Michael Duhé, Robert Duhé, Stephen Duhé and Malcolm Duhé; daughters, Sibyl Laiche and Julie Cockburn; a brother, Edmond Arceneaux Jr.; sisters, Janet Calcagno, Lorraine Giardina and Yvonne Veron; 19 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

She was a very active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a member of the church choir.

Visiting at H.C. Alexander Funeral Home, Lutcher, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 2, 2005. Visiting at the funeral home from 8 a.m. Monday, Jan. 3 to 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Gramercy, at 10 a.m. Monday, celebrated by the Rev. Ed Fuss. Entombment will be in St. Joseph Mausoleum, Paulina. .
