She is survived by;

Many nieces, nephews, and cousins
Pauline was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Bill Apple; three sisters, Edith Byrum, Alma Anderson, and Sybil Risenhoover; one brother, Milo Johnson; and her parents.
Pauline came from Missouri in 1922, at the age of 4, in two covered wagons, a trip that took 17 days and nights and lived south of Stigler for 90 years. She married Bill Apple in 1940. She loved her Lord and her church and was a member of Lafayette Free Will Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife and mother who loved to cook and was great at it. Pauline also loved to sew and garden when she was physically able to, but most of all she loved family gatherings and gospel singing.
