Dana S. Love, 58, a native Las Vegan, passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013. He was born on Jan. 20, 1955, at Southern Nevada Memorial Hospital (now known as University Medical Center). A PGA Golf Pro since 1993, Dana had a deep love for both the sport of golf and the Los Angeles Dodgers. He was preceded in death by his father, Jay Love; his brother, Donald Love; and his sister, Shellie Love. He is survived by his two sons, David Jay Love, 35, and Dana Kelly Love, 26, both of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren, Bradley J. Love, Brooklynn J. Love, and Madalynn G. Love. Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 6. Funeral services will be at noon, Thursday, Feb. 7, both at Palm Mortuary-Eastern, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial to follow. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, all memorials and gifts are in the form of donations made to The First Tee of Southern Nevada. Please visit www.palmmortuary.com for more information.
