Mr. Thomas Norris Gott died at his home near Poolesville, Montgomery county, Saturday, aged 86 years, and was buried yesterday afternoon at Monocacy cemetery, Beallsville.

He was born on the old Buck Lodge estate, which was purchased by his grandfather in 1792.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Walter P. Griggs, of Poolesville.

Mr. Gott leaves five daughters, Eugenia and Mollie Gott and Mrs. John A. Chiswell, of Poolesville; Mrs. Thomas Davis, of Georgetown. D. C., and Mrs. Dora Carr, of Leesburg; three sons, B. T. Gott, W. O. Gott and Benjamin N. Gott, of Poolesville.

The pallbearers were George W. Roddick, John Spurrier, Philip Mossburg, M. T. Poles, R. R. Walling and Thomas Tuffe.
