Edwin F. Myers
Hanover – Edwin F. Myers, 69, husband of Mrs. Izetta King Myers, Hanover RD 5, died yesterday at 3:05 a.m. at Hanover General Hospital. He was a retired employee of Cremer Florist, Inc.
A son of the late Henry and Eliza Bair Myers, Mr. Myers was a member of Christ United Church of Christ, near Littlestown; Friendship Fire Company, Pennville; Hanover Aerie 1406, Fraternal Order of Eagles, and Hanover Home Association.
Surviving besides his wife are four sons, Edwin H. Myers, Gettysburg RD 6; Preston N. Myers, Sunset Avenue; Llewynn Myers, 140 Grandview Road, and Frederick Myers, this place; 10 grandchildren, and four brothers and sisters, Mrs. Bertha Throne, Rest Haven Convalescent Home, York; Mrs. Florence Forsythe, 661 Baer Avenue; John H. Myers, Lake Alfred, Fla., and Mrs. Edna Berwager, 6 Westminster Avenue.
Rev. G. Howard Koons, his pastor, will officiate at funeral services Friday at 2 p.m. at the Wetzel Funeral Home, 549 Carlisle Street. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
