Dixie worked in housekeeping at Capital Regional Medical Center. She was a caring mother who embraced her children;s friends as if they were her own. She had a caring soul and was happiest when taking care of her loved ones.
Dixie's memory will b cherished by her children, James Gary Hartinger of Fulton, Gary Joe Hartinger, Terri Whatley both of Fulton. Mickey Lynn Hartinger of Jefferson City, and Kelly Holman of Fulton, her brother, Joseph Roy of Fulton, twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son Dennis Hartinger and brother, Michael Roy.
It was Dixie's wish to be cremated ad laid to rest beside her son in Callaway Memorial Gardens.
