Mattie Evelyn Nelson, age 89, of Lakewood, Colorado, died Sunday, July 16,
2006. A memorial service will be held at the Golden Church of Christ, 1100
Ulysses Street in Golden, on Saturday, October 14 at 2:00 p.m.
Mrs. Nelson was a homemaker and a lifelong Church of Christ member. Survivors include husband Myron Nelson; sons, Richard and Randy (both of Lakewood); daughters Betty Bucklew (Ronan, Montana), and Suan Plummer (Canton, Georgia); 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to Mountain States Children's Home in Longmont, CO.
