Paul (Bud) was born to William and Margaret (Barbour). He united in marriage with Lola Brooks Hawkins on October 18,1968.
He retired as general foreman of Water, Pollution, Maintence and Control for the city of Fort Wayne after 26 years of service.
Survivors include Lola, son Michael ("Fort Wayne Mike") Phillips, daughter, Cora Banks (Lola's neice, whom they raised) two brothers William J Storey (Sonny) and Mervin (Jackie) Storey both of Fort Dodge Iowa, two sisters, Betty L Moore of Fort Dodge and Evelyn Sims of Dallas Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and three sisters Mrytle (March 14,1939) Storey; Mary Catherine (Kate) Belcher (October 9,1965) and Ruby Marie Allison (January 12,1982).
