He is survived by his father and mother Paul and Jackie Oaks of Pennington Gap,VA., brother Mark and wife Tammy Oaks of Ben Hur, VA., one niece Haley Johnston and husband Mason of Jonesville, VA, one great nephew Ryder and one great niece Kylie Johnston both of Jonesville, VA., several friends, aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be held at 7:30 PM Monday, February 4, 2013 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap,VA with Wayne Scott officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until the time of servies. The graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at the Powell Valley Cemetery in Dryden,VA. The family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 Tuesday morning to go to the cemetery.
