Otis A. Adams Sr., on Wednesday, May 9, 1973 at 8:20 o'clock p.m.; husband of Hazel Yankie; father of Otis A. Adams Jr.,of Kenner, Louisiana, Thomas H. Adams of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Philip M. Adams and John W. Adams of Slidell, Louisiana; son of the late John S. Adams and Minnie Powers; brother of Willard Adams of Alexandria, La., Mrs. J.C. Vallery of Sulphur, Louisiana, Mrs. Michael Stein of New Orleans, and Mrs. John Abraham of Colorado Springs, Colorado; also survived by 18 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews; age 66 years; a native of Pineville, Louisiana, and a resident of Harahan, Louisiana for the past 21 years.
Relatives and friends of the family, also officers and members of Isis Lodge 406 F&AM, Encercier Chapter No. 190, O.E.S. and First Baptist Church of Harahan, Louisiana, employes of Crown Cleaners, United Machinery Co., Hyster Corp. and Kaiser Aluminum of Chalmette, Louisiana, are invited to attend the funeral.
Services from the Metairie Funeral home of L.A. Muhieisen & Sons. 2929 Metairie Rd., on Saturday, May 12, 1973 at 11 o'clock a.m., Dr. Paul W. Stevens officiating.
Internment in Garden of Memories.
Friends may visit after 6 o'clock p.m. on Friday, May 11, 1973.
ISIS LODGE NO. 406, F&AM The officers and members are requested to assemble at the funeral home of L.A. Muhieisen & Sons, 2929 Metairie Rd. at 10:00 o'clock a.m. Saturday, May 12, 1973 for the purpose of attending the funeral of our late brother Otis A. Adams. Wake services Friday May 11, 1973 at 6 p.m.
