Born in Rock Hill, S.C., Mrs. Stowe was the daughter of the late Charlie Law and Jennie O'Neal Bagley. She was a member of Duncan Methodist Church and a nurse of over 50 years. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Stowe was preceded in death by her husband, William Neil Stowe Sr.
Graveside services for Mrs. Stowe will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at New Hope Presbyterian Church, 4357 S. New Hope Road, Gastonia, N.C.
Mrs. Stowe is survived by her son, of Rock Hill; her daughter,of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; her sister, of Rock Hill; and her grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, at Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel, 355 E. White St., Rock Hill, SC 29730.
