Daniel Beck Murdock, 60, of Beaver, died January 15, 1979, at the Veteran's Hospital in Salt Lake City, of natural causes.

He was born January 6, 1919, in Beaver to Abe and Violet Yardley Murdock.

He married Lorraine Montgomery in Salt Lake City in 1940, and later they were divorced.

Married Anita Permentee, in California in 1946. Divorced.
Married Edna Gardner in Phoenix, Arizona in 1973.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his widow, of Salt Lake City; his father, Beaver; sons and daughters: Mary Margaret, Albuquerque, New Mexico; Dana, Fresno, California; Peter, of California; Danny, of Anchorage, Alaska; and Jonathan, of Salt Lake City.

He is survived by five grandchildren.

Brothers and sisters are William, Windham, New Hampshire; Riggs, Ogden, Utah; Mrs. Hal (Mary) Christensen, Chevy Chase, Maryland; and Mrs. George (Cinda) Sengstack, Bethsaida, Maryland.

Funeral Services were held Saturday, January 20, at 1 p.m. in the Beaver 3rd-4th Ward Chapel. Interment was in the Mountain View Cemetery, Beaver, under the direction of the Olpin Mortuary. Graveside Military rites were provided by the American Legion Post #32 of Beaver.
