Henry, Everett Alva age 88 of Maryville and a long time resident of Blount County died Sunday, June 13, 2004 in Vero Beach, FL. He was born on April 25, 1916 in Sevier County, TN to the late Horace H. and Lilly (Lindsey) Henry. He was a member of St. John United Methodist Church and a Veteran of the United States Army where he was stationed in Panama. Mr. Henry was also a member of the ALCOA 25 year club. Preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Gaynelle Sharpe and Sara Henry; one grandson; brother, Clifford Henry. Survivors include wife of 64 years, Mary F. Henry of Vero Beach, FL; sons and daughters-in-law, Charles E. and Rose Henry of Wellington, Ohio, George A. and Margie Henry of Maryville; daughter, Grace M. Henry of South Vienna, Ohio; daughter and son-in-law, Sarah A. and Tom LaPlant of Vero Beach, FL; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sister, Elva Reneau of Orlando, FL. Funeral Service will be 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 17, 2004 at Smith Mortuary. Family and friends will assemble at 1:00 PM, Friday, June 18, 2004 at Grandview Mausoleum for the entombment with Rev. Paul Longmire officiating. Memorial donations may be made to St. John UMC, 2201 E. Broadway Ave., Maryville, TN 37804 or UNA Hospice of Indian River, 1111 36th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 or the American Heart Association. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 17, 2004 at Smith Mortuary, Maryville
