JuLee was born May 15, 1955 in Topeka, Kansas to Lee and June Rickman Butler. She was the oldest of three children her two brothers Brian Keith and Brett Kevin coming along to 'torment' her a few years later.
JuLee went to be with the Lord on February 1, 2013 at the Olathe Medical Center.

JuLee lived in Fremont California until 1969 when she moved with her family to Ottawa, KS. She attended schools in Ottawa Graduating from Ottawa High with the class of 1973, then attending Floral Design School in Kansas City.

JuLee was a talented floral designer and as a friend said " She will be in Heaven putting floral arrangements in every room of God's Mansion."

JuLee's first marriage gave her two beautiful daughters Crystal Dawn and Ashea Nicholle On Jan 1, 1994 she married Gary Lee Bowling, who survives her.

Other survivors include her parents Lee & June, loving husband Gary, two daughters Crystal Soph-Emery and husband Michael, Ashea Soph-Finch two brothers, Brian & Brett, and his companion Martha Robbins. Step daughters, Jenny Bowling Jackson and Brandy Bowling Johnson and Bill a step son Josh Bowling and wife Ashley Three beloved grand children Alexis Finch, Zachary Finch and Jacee Goad. step grandchildren Cheyenne Bueno, Camden Johnson & Holden Johnson, Tyler Jackson and Lijah Bowling, one granddaughter of the heart, DesiRae Small, Nephew Kevin Butler and niece Brooke Butler, Blaine Bowling, Ryan and Megan Bowling; several Aunts & Uncles, cousins and extended family members.
A member of the First Christian Church and a former member of both Union Chapter 15, Order of Eastern Star,and Beta Sigma Phi International. JuLee was not really a "Club" person but loved people one on one. She had many friends all who knew her will miss her.

JuLee's passion was her work she loved to do floral arrangements and weddings and receptions. She loved her family, friends and her home. She enjoyed traveling, and seeing new things, but always wanted to come home to her Siamese Cats.
