Eugene R. Godfrey, 58, of the 3200 block of Page Ave. died June 8, 1986, in Virginia Beach.
Mr. Godfrey, a native of Norfolk, was a Methodist and was a member of Norfolk Moose Lodge 39.
Survivors include nine sisters, Eunice G. Drumwright and Florence G. Daniels, both of Norfolk, and Beryl G. Brown, Catherine G. Holman, Lois Godfrey, Thelma G. Reese, Iris G. Branch, Myrtle G. Whitehurst and Nonie G. Cox, all of Virginia Beach; and three brothers, Burt K. Godfrey, Thomas W. Godfrey and Dan R. Godfrey, all of Virginia Beach.
The graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will be at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the Lynnhaven Lion or to the American Heart Association.
