Born in Macksville, on September 7, 1892, Mrs. Harper was the daughter of William W. and Mary Emeline (Herman) Mallow.
She was a member of the Onego Church of The Brethren and was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Her husband, George Ivan Harper, died May 13, 1980.
One great-grandson also preceded her in death.
Surviving are three daughters, Mary Vandevander, Riverton; Myrtle Bobo, Lahmansville; and Katherine Ganoe, Romney; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at the Basagic Funeral Home, Franklin, on Saturday at 2 p. m. by the Rev. Earl Harper.
Interment will be in the Mallow Cemetery, at Riverton.
