He was born March 14, 1945 in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico to Arturo Navarro and Sara Lujan Navarro.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Navarro of Odessa; his daughters, Leticia Cervantes of Allen, Hilda Gonzales of Odessa, Anabel Spencer of Odessa; and 5 grandchildren.
Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 4, 2013 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church with Father Miguel Rodriguez officiating. A rosary will be held Sunday, February 3, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens
