The funeral services over the remains of Mrs. Mary E. Haws Bean, wife of George A. Bean were held at Sugar city, Sunday, Oct. 8th, and were attended by a large number of friends and relatives.
The speakers were: George A. Pincock, David W. Smith, Ephraim J. Ricks, and Bishop Alfred Ricks, all of whom commented on the high character of Mrs. Bean. She was a native of Provo, Utah, being born there May 3rd, 1866. She was the daughter of Caleb W. and Eliza Ann Snow Haws. The family moved to Sugar City, Idaho about 12 years ago, where they have since resided. Mrs. Bean is survived by her husband, and the following children: George W., Leffel A., Harold M., and May all of Sugar City.
The interment was made in the Sugar City cemetery under the direction of H. Flamm Co.
