Funeral for Jewel Jeanette Brooks, 74, of Moulton will be Sunday, February 3, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church with the Reverend Jeff Griffin officiating and Parkway Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be today from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Brooks, who died Thursday, January 31, 2013, at Lawrence Medical Center, was born February 7, 1938, in Lawrence County to Cecil and Virgil Randolph. She was a retired employee of Lawrence County Exchange. She was an avid reader and member of Faith Baptist Church.

She is survived by her caring friend, Hal Gene Brooks of Moulton; one son, Greg and Lisa Brooks of Moulton; one daughter, Greta and Danny Bearden of Moulton; one brother, Jimmy C. Randolph of Bremen; one sister, Frances Harrison of Tanner; and four grandchildren, Taylor Brooks, Garrett Johnson, Michael Brooks and Maggie Bearden.

Pallbearers will be Yancey Randolph, Britt Randolph, Kelly Randolph, Jarrod Harrison, Jay Hobbs and Donald Moates.
